About Atlas PT
Atlas PT is a small group personal training gym based in Swinton, Greater Manchester. We offer expert coaching across two specialist training facilities, with a maximum 6:1 member-to-coach ratio. Both the strength and powerbuilding facility and the conditioning and HIIT facility are included under one membership.
Atlas PT is based in Swinton, Greater Manchester. Both of our training facilities are on the same site, so you never have to travel between them. Exact address details are shared when you join the founding member waitlist.
A regular gym gives you access to equipment and leaves you to figure out the rest. At Atlas PT, every session is coached by an expert with a maximum of 6 members per coach. You get a personalised programme, real accountability, and a community that shows up for you. We also have two specialist training spaces designed specifically for what's being trained in them, not a converted storage unit with a few dumbbells.

Getting Started
No experience or fitness level is required. We welcome complete beginners through to experienced athletes. Every session is coached and every movement is scaled to your current ability. Your first session is a free introduction so we can understand where you're starting from and what you want to achieve.
Your first session is a free introduction. We'll take you through the facilities, learn about your goals, and introduce you to the way we coach. You'll leave with a clear picture of how Atlas PT works and whether it's the right fit for you. There's no pressure and no obligation to join on the day.
We work with adults of all ages. Our members range from people in their twenties through to members in their fifties and beyond. The 6:1 coaching ratio means every programme is tailored to the individual, regardless of age or starting point. If you're not sure whether Atlas is right for you specifically, come in for the free intro session and we'll talk it through.
Yes. Your first session is completely free. Join the waitlist and we'll invite you in for a no-obligation introduction session before you commit to anything. We'd rather you try it and decide it's not for you than join without being sure.

Training
It means your coach is there specifically for your group, with never more than 6 members. You receive real coaching cues, technique corrections, and progression decisions during every set. It's very different from a gym class where an instructor is performing for a room of 30 people. You get the personalised attention of a 1:1 personal trainer at a fraction of the cost.
We offer two types of specialist training under one membership. Gym A is our strength and powerbuilding facility, focused on barbell training, progressive overload, and building real strength. Gym B is our conditioning and HIIT facility, focused on metabolic conditioning, circuits, and cardiovascular fitness. You choose how to split your training week across both spaces based on your goals.
Every session has a warm-up, a main working block, and a cool-down, all coached by a qualified trainer. Sessions are typically 60 minutes. The programming is designed to build on the previous session so you're always progressing, never just repeating the same workout and wondering why nothing's changing.
Yes. While you're training in a small group, your programme is built around your individual goals, not a generic template. Your coach knows your targets, your training history, and your weak points. If something isn't working or something needs adjusting, it gets adjusted. This is the core difference between Atlas PT and a standard gym class.

Membership & Pricing
Click "Pricing" in the navigation bar to see our current membership options. Founding member rates are significantly better than our standard launch pricing, so joining the waitlist early gets you the best deal available. We won't hide the price or make you go through a sales call to find out what it costs.
We cover all the membership terms with you directly when we speak. Our priority is making sure Atlas is a genuine fit for your life, not locking people into something that doesn't work for them. We'll walk you through all the options with no pressure.
Yes. One Atlas PT membership gives you full access to both the strength and powerbuilding facility (Gym A) and the conditioning and HIIT facility (Gym B). You decide how to split your training across both spaces based on your goals and how you feel each week.
We run sessions throughout the day including early mornings and evenings, designed to work around busy work and family schedules. The full timetable is shared with founding members first, so getting on the waitlist means you get first pick of the slots.
Founding members lock in our best pricing for life. They also get early access to the timetable before general release, priority booking rights, and a free consultation session before we open. We built Atlas for the people who back us from the beginning, and founding members are rewarded for that trust.

Results & Expectations
Members consistently report visible changes within the first 4 to 6 weeks. How quickly you see results depends on your starting point, how often you train, and how closely you follow the nutrition guidance. The coaching is designed to make every session count so you're not wasting time on things that don't move the needle.
Yes. Nutrition guidance is part of the Atlas PT coaching experience. We don't hand you a meal plan and leave you to figure it out. Your coach discusses nutrition alongside your training so you understand why you're eating in a certain way, not just what to eat. That understanding is what makes the difference long term.
Our 12-week programme members typically report significant improvements in strength, visible body composition changes, better sleep, increased energy levels, and improved confidence. Real examples are on our results page. We don't make specific guarantees because results depend on individual commitment, but the coaching is designed to get you as far as possible in 12 weeks.
Life happens. If you miss a session, your coach knows. We'll check in, help you understand what you missed, and get you back on track. The accountability at Atlas PT is one of the main reasons members actually stay consistent, unlike at a regular gym where nobody notices or cares if you disappear for a month.
